Artist's Comments
These are three paintings of my doggie I did a year ago for a color project. We had to use acrylic paint to paint the same picture with three different color themes: triad, complementary, and value.
The picture itself is from my 16th birthday (I think) where I had a birthday party and invited my friends over. However, Chapo doesn't like company that he doesn't know and I've never had my friends over before so he was pretty cranky. I also had some disposable cameras which my friends used to taunt Chapo by tapping the cameras hard enough to set off the flash without taking a picture. However, it seems that someone did take a picture of Chapo's attack while he was on my lap; somehow I can't remember that. Ahh...the memories... |
